Selected manuscripts need to provide an original contribution as a significant extension to the results and ideas presented at the conference and with original contribution. This issue is a joint venture between ICSE13 (ISSMGE) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deltares.nl\/en\/events\/international-workshop-on-scour-around-hydraulic-and-coastal-structures\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.deltares.nl\/en\/events\/international-workshop-on-scour-around-hydraulic-and-coastal-structures\">3rd International Workshop on Scour around Hydraulic and Coastal Structures<\/a> (IAHR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All communications are made through the submission platform.
